Arissa McNeal is originally from Charlotte, NC. She graduated with her B.S in Elementary Education from UNC-Pembroke and her M.Ed in Higher Education Leadership from The Citadel. She has been a resident of the Charleston area for 2 years now. She was first introduced to NSBE when she working with engineering student at The Citadel; from there she made many contracts and then decided it wonderful idea to be apart of the professional chapters.
