Kimberly Swint

Kimberly Swint is the Charleston Professionals Chapter Delegate who votes in the interest of our chapter both regionally and nationally. Outside of NSBE, Kimberly works for Atmus Filtration as a Sr. Supply Continuity Specialist and started with the company 2021 where she has worked on various projects as assigned, acted as account manager, and managed the Supply Capacity Process for North America. Prior to joining Cummins, Kimberly worked with Mercedes-Benz Vans where she performed Supplier Quality Purchasing functions for multiple 3rd Party Containment Suppliers as well as performed internal audits and being a leader in a plant-wide continuous improvement ideation initiative. Kimberly also worked at Mann + Hummel as Senior Packaging Engineer, Packaging Supervisor, Project Coordinator, and SAP Material/Item Master Analyst. While packaging has been at the core of previous roles, she has also been an Assistant Business Unit Manager, Administrative Manager, Technical Service Engineer, and Parts Quality Engineer (all supplier facing roles). Kimberly brings a wealth of knowledge from both the Automotive and the Consumer Products Industries. Kimberly is a certified Project Management Professional, was formerly a VDA 6.3 Process Auditor Certification and holds a BS in Packaging Science from Clemson University. Outside of work, Kimberly's hobbies include enjoying time with her family and friends, singing karaoke, and reading.
